James Drake and his wife, Shannon O’Meara Drake, began Drako Engineering in 2006 in an effort to supply clients with the additional technical support they required for aggressive short-term projects.  Drako seeks to provide engineering services needed to complement their clients’ current areas of expertise.

James Drake is a licensed Professional Engineer in Alabama, with a major in Mechanical Engineering and over ten years of experience in hardware design, development, and production.

Shannon O’Meara Drake has over fifteen years of experience in various areas of expertise that include: account management, commercial contracting, proposal writing, contract editing, web writing, editing and content management and much more.
